Schneider Electric Appoints Lena Henry as Head of Advisory Services

Henry succeeds Steve Wilhite and will lead the continued growth of SE Advisory Services, Schneider Electric’s global consulting practice, building on a strong foundation of customer success and innovation in software and services 

Schneider Electric, a global energy technology leader, announced the appointment of Lena Henry as Head of Advisory Services effective September 1, 2026.

In this role, Henry will lead SE Advisory Services, Schneider Electric’s global consulting practice and oversee the continued execution of its growth strategy. She will focus on driving ambitious sustainability and business goals into measurable outcomes for Schneider Electric clients through a combination of advisory expertise, innovative technology, and practical implementation. Henry succeeds Steve Wilhite, who is departing Schneider Electric after a 25-year tenure. 

Henry assumes leadership of the business at a time of significant momentum. As organizations face growing pressure to balance business growth, energy security, resilience, sustainability, and long-term value creation, demand for strategic guidance continues to accelerate. Schneider Electric’s leadership in helping clients navigate these challenges has been widely recognized, including its recent designation by TIME and Statista as the World's Most Sustainable Company, the third consecutive year it has topped the ranking.

Prior to this appointment, Henry led global customer experience and commercial transformation at Schneider Electric. Her career spans both consulting and operational leadership, including more than a decade at McKinsey & Company. Throughout her career, she has helped global businesses strengthen customer experience, launch new commercial models, and translate strategy into execution.
